Order Cancellation

Please be aware that there might be certain orders at GFH Collection that we are unable to accept and may need to cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for various reasons. Some situations that could lead to order cancellation include limitations on available quantities for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting an order. If any part or the entirety of your order is canceled, or if additional information is needed, we will promptly reach out to you. In the event that your card has already been charged and your order is subsequently canceled, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your card account.

 

Refund Policy

All sales at GFHCollections, gfhcollections.com, are final. Due to the uniqueness of our offerings, we are unable to provide options for exchanges or refunds. Refunds will only be processed in the case of fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. However, we are happy to assist with genuine size exchanges, subject to availability. Please notify us within one week of receiving your order to initiate a size exchange. Depending on product availability, we may provide store credit for size exchanges.

Please note that all Heat orders and limited edition products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The sale of these items is final, and we cannot accommodate address changes or size swap requests. Any duplicate orders will be canceled and refunded. Additionally, credit or gift cards cannot be used for Heat orders.

For Discounted Products or items on sale, we do not offer size exchange options or any form of refund, return, or store credit. These items are considered final sale.
